First, I suggest you upgrade the drivers and software for your printer to the latest version. Navigate to the official web page of the developer, select your operating system and download and install the latest files. If it doesn't help, turn the printer off, unplug it from the power source and from your computer and wait several seconds. After that, plug it back in and turn it on. If the error persists, use the printer manual to perform a factory reset. This should fix it.
