I can't install the application due to an error.

I'm trying to install a Plustek Optic Film 7500i Scanner on to my laptop but I'm unable to complete the operation due to "SFen(660r2(UScanCD-SE).exe has stopped working" message. My operating system is Windows 7 Home Premium. Can you help?

In order to fix the issue, try updating Windows Installer through Windows Update. After that, delete the installation package and navigate to Plustek Drivers & Downloads page. Select OpticFilm Series from the first drop-down list, OpticFilm 7500i from the second one and download and install the latest driver available. Also, below the Driver section you will find the user guide which will help you to install and configure the scanner.
