This error occurs when the related application cannot obtain permission to open. In order to fix it, navigate to the installation folder, right-click the executable file (setup.exe) and select Run as Administrator option. If it doesn't work, it's possible that the software is installed incorrectly. In this case try uninstalling and then installing it again.
