Question

The Merge feature on my 2014 Tree software isn't working. It won't alphabetize, hence I can't get the duplicate name to merge. I get error messages but no results from "Windows" or to whomever the error message goes. It used to work. I have Windows 7. Can you help?

In order to fix the issue, navigate to Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program, select the software from the list and press Uninstall. Reboot the computer, run a registry cleaner to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys in your system and install the program again.
