There could be a couple of causes to this issue:

  1. The software is not entirely compatible with Windows 7, therefore you need to apply a compatibility tweak. Right click the file then go to Properties > Compatibility. Choose an older version of Windows and then launch it again.

  2. The drivers you're using are for another OS and need an update 2.2 Use the Google Search results then access the Gleescape website.
