Sync Samsung Galaxy Note 3 with Office Outlook.

I use Kies3 to sync my device and Office Outlook (Contacts, Calendar, tasks and notes). I only receive a message saying that no default mail client has been defined, however Outlook has been defined as the default client. I want to know why this is happening? Is there a solution?

This is a problem with the Kies application itself and the firmware version installed in your phone. First open Kies and make sure to check for latest updates using the Help menu then connect the phone to the PC and update the firmware as necessary. When the process is over, restart the PC and the phone and the sync features should be operational.
