Syncing contacts from your phone to Outlook can be done in a few ways like:

Using Kies to export contacts to a known format like .CSV then in Outlook chose File > Import & Export > Chose the .CSV file > Define custom fields > Click Ok and you're done.
Use a 3rd party software like CompanionLink. Install the software, launch it, connect the phone through USB to your computer and from the main screen select in the 1st field the Android device and the 2nd field the version of your Outlook application and then click Synchronize and the phone and Outlook should sync automatically.
