My Sondex Warrior Keys will not work with Windows 7 32-bit.

I'm trying to use Sondex Warrior with Windows 7 32bit on a new HP Elite Book 8470p laptop. I tried version 7.03 and even tried ver. 7.05. The keys are being seen by the computer, but the software won't read the keys, letting me operate the software. Can anyone help? Thank you for your consideration and response on this matter.

The software and the manual are protected with password. This means that there is no way to acquire information about compatibility. However, there is a contact form you can use to get in touch with the developer to obtain additional instructions.
