Is Ad-Hoc Revolution 6.5 compatible with Windows 7 32-bit version?

I tried to install the above version on Windows 7 32-bit OS. It threw the error below after launching the shortcut. Kindly suggest me whether it's a compatibility issue or application issue.

Error:
**The Microsoft operating system Windows Seven Enterprise 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 is not certified to work with the application, contact Administrator.

There is a big contradiction on the developer's website. It's stated that the program is Certified for Windows 7 but the system requirements say that the only supported versions of Windows are XP, 2000 and NT. They suggest that users should contact them if they have problems with installation or any other related issues.
