The Alienware Blue Skin Pack is available only for Windows 7 and Windows 7 SP1. If you try to install this pack on another version of Windows, you will encounter serious issues because the patch modifies some Windows file offsets. Try to use it only in the specified version of Windows. Alternatively, when installing right click the setup package and select Run as Administrator.
