Voiceline Softphone is not working while using my LAN connection.

Why can't I use Voiceline Softphone version 1.8.1 while I'm connected to a LAN network? It was working fine with a wireless connection on the same network.

There can be several reasons why you can't use the program. Even if you are connected to the same network and usually a LAN connection is faster than a wireless one, you should check your Internet speed. To use the VoiceLine software you need to have at least 1 mbps download speed. Also, make sure that you didn't accidentally add the VOIP program to the blocked list of your Firewall. If you still have problems, visit the official support website.
