I can't find any Mac version of 1&1 SoftPhone on its developer's website, so it's very likely that it doesn't exist. However, if you have the Windows installer, you may still be able to use it on a Mac, but you will first need to install WineBottler or Boot Camp, then use 1&1 SoftPhone through one of those emulators.
