how do i reinstall my os on my zte score x500

accidentlly formatted my phone so its stuck after the zte screen

hi, I'm brock. I recently "fixed"my zte score. If you have installed the proper files, and possibly even if not, you should power off then hold down the power button (on top), the volume down button (on the right top side), and the camera button (on the lower right side). Continue to hold until it powers up. You should see an option for factory reset. Choose this option then choose to reboot. this will take you back to a like new phone.
