The Flash Player plug-in is not available for you phone because it is not on the certified phone list which you may read all by yourself. You will need to use a version which has been modified especially for your phone.
On the other hand, try to install Dolphin Browser because it has native Flash Player support.
After you install the application, use the browser's extensions gallery and search for a video download add-in.
