As you can see on the official web page, the video streaming feature has been added in the SW version 5.92. If you're using version 7.42, I recommend you check your Internet connection and try again. If you're connected to Internet, but the streaming is not working, download and install Nokia PC Suite, connect the mobile device to your computer, launch the software and download and install the latest updates. Also, try updating the web browser to the latest version. If you still have problems, I recommend you contact the support team.
