From where can I get this application for Windows 7?
The application has been discontinued and there is no version compatible with Windows 7. You can try to install the program in Windows XP Mode environment. Windows XP Mode is a free utility developed by Microsoft which allows you to install applications compatible with Windows XP directly on a Windows 7 PC.
