I have tried to find a download or something related to Bible Illustrator and its compatibility, but there isn't anything available. There are some other applications from the same category, but the Bible Illustrator doesn't appear to be available, therefore the compatibility is unknown at this point. If you have the setup package, right click it and choose Properties > Compatibility > Windows XP Service Pack 3 from the list.
