While Bluestacks is in BETA session, you might encounter issues with loading, apps compatibility, installation, etc. When Bluestacks doesn't load, it's recommended to simply perform a fresh re-install. Try using Revo Uninstaller to wipe out all traces of its presence from the system then re-install it using the installer from it official website.
