Since this is still beta software, locate the icon in the system tray, right click it and select Restart. Bluestacks client should start normally. This usually happens because of the other applications running at the same time. It's not a general rule, but try to close them and keep only Bluestacks open for the time of operation. If you still encounter problems, re-install the product and delete the custom data when you're asked through a dialog message.
