Proxy setting for Cisco Jabber.

I have an account for Cisco Jabber. Whenever I am trying to log in it is showing registration failure. I think the problem lies in proxy setting as I am on proxy. Any solutions?

If you receive a response from the server related to your username, it means the proxy allows you to reach the website. You might need to reset your password or contact the IT administrator to check exactly what the problem is. The proxy makes the connection to the website. If the connection is successful, then there is a problem with your credentials.
