I have forgotten the username & password of my Micromax Canvas 3D phone. Can you help?

Unfortunately, you can recover the functionality of your phone by factory resetting it. You can do this by powering it off first then press Volume UP + Power button until a two menu option appears:

• Recovery Mode: Volume UP
• Factory mode: Volume Down

Select Recovery mode then Wipe Data/Factory Reset and reboot the phone. However, your data will be wiped from phone including custom settings, accounts, customization.
