I can't check for updates.

I have HP Simplepass 2011 and when I try to check for updates it always says: Failed to connect with the update server, and when I try to update my profile it says: Registration could not been completed. Please check your Internet connection, then try again. I am always connected to the Internet. What do I have to do to fix this problem ?

This software may be blocked by Windows Firewall or by a third party program with Firewall like your antivirus. You can check if the Windows Firewall is not blocking the software by going to Start -> Control Panel -> Windows Firewall, click Allow a program or feature through Windows Firewall, and be sure that this program is checked. Be sure that you verify your antivirus firewall for the same issue. If none of this works, you can contact the developer on the following website for additional support.
