Hp Pavillion G7 laptop Simplepass problem.

Question

After a recent automated update of my Pavillion G7 laptop, my Simplepass is not working. When I double click the icon it's not entering the username and password it just brings me to the web page.

Sometimes doing the automatic updates results in problems and errors related to compatibility although these updates were "tested". I advise you to rollback the update and observe the behaviour. Alternatively, remove the application completely and install it again.
