The error code 495 appears while you try to download applications from the Google Play Store over WifFi. It seems to work fine if you are trying to download the same application using your mobile data. Fixing it is quite easy if you follow these steps: Settings > Application Manager > Open "All" apps > Google Play Store > Clear Data and Clear Cache. Find Google Service Framework > Clear Data and Clear Cache.. Now all you have to do is to install or update the application from Google Play Store.
