If your files were stored on the internal storage, then recovery is not possible. There is no application compatible with this operating system to recover the deleted files. You can flash the old firmware using iTunes. Connect the phone to PC, start iTunes and then click the iPhone's name. There should be an option called Restore Backup. This works if you've previously created a backup on your computer.
