If you don't remember the email password, type on Google the name of your email service provider followed by "forgot password" and you will find the password recovery instructions. If you can't recover the password, you will need to reset the device to factory defaults. Turn it off and press Volume Up + Power buttons. When the recovery menu appears, select Wipe Data/Factory reset and then reboot the phone. After that, configure the device again.
