Please turn off the phone then press Power + Volume Down for 10 seconds until you enter Recovery Menu. Select Wipe Data using the volume buttons and Power for the OK button. This is the only way to remove the pattern lock. It may delete all your installed apps, but you can install them again as no other data is deleted except 3rd party applications.
