This is a problem with the printer and its settings. I recommend using the default printing settings for your printer. You can do this using the Print Preferences menu. Open the application you use for bills, then go to File > Print > Print Preferences. Click the button called Defaults and then change the paper format used by your bills and print something. Additionally, start the application used to perform maintenance and align the printing heads. It should work this way.
