Question

When we try to import to ASB bank it and says the format is incorrect.

Now the new file has commas and dashes - Using just 2 lines

The old file for a different payee reads with no commas or dashes -

What format is right?

The file you should use needs to be separated correctly. If you attempt to load a file without the quotation marks, the software will give you errors because it doesn't have any idea how to place the entries. You will see one big line with all the data. My advice is to use the CSV with the quotation marks. Additionally, try importing the files without submitting them. This way you can see what the software accepts as being a good file.
