How can I properly restore my Wintouch Q74 to factory default?

When I'm trying to reset my Wintouch Q74, it doesn't display the reset menu. I receive only a dead android logo with a triangle mark on it. Can you help?

This logo appears sometimes when you're trying to restore your device to factory default from Settings > Privacy > Factory Reset. In order to restore your device properly to factory settings, turn it off, press Volume Up + Power buttons, release the Power option and wait the Reset menu to appear. Select Wipe Data/Factory reset option and restart the tablet after the process is complete.
