I receive a "Scan Failed: Error Code 400" from Bitdefender Mobile Premium.

When I'm scanning with Bitdefender Mobile Premium, I receive a "Scan Failed: Error Code 400". It doesn't seem to be a server problem. My wife's TAB3 using the same BitDefender software works fine on the same Wi-Fi connection. I still have 119 days subscription left. The software still accesses the cloud and all other functions seem to be working, but it cannot complete a malware scan. Can you help?

In order to fix the issue, open your device, navigate to Settings > Apps/Applications > All, select the antivirus and tap the Clear data and Clear cache options. If it doesn't work, try uninstalling the software and installing it again. Also, check the official forum for further solutions.
