I receive "Failed to set debug mode" error.

When I'm pressing the "VPN Options" button, an error appears: "Failed to set debug mode". I close the window, and when I'm typing the server name or the IP address it blocks. What can I do?

In order to fix the issue, remove the utility using its uninstaller or Add or Remove Programs feature (Control panel > Uninstall a program) and download and install the latest version of the software. Also, make sure that your security program and Windows firewall doesn't block the connection. If the problem persists, use the Live Chat option from the official web page to get in touch with an CheckPoint technician.
