My AV121 device doesn't scan to Outlook 2007. I receive a message "Send mail: Failed to send message".

When I try to scan to Outlook 2007 I receive a message: "Send mail: Failed to send message". I use Windows XP.

The problem is not with your printer/scanner as it works under normal parameters. From what I can see, there is a problem with the Outlook account. Please check the settings for the attached email address because that message refers to the face that it can't send email due to a network communication error.
