How can I watch DVDs with this thing?

I'm trying to watch DVDs on my laptop, but the Clear Fi Media program keeps saying they all use the wrong region code. They all work on my DVD player which should be using the same region code as this program. The DVDs were all bought in the UK, as were the laptop and the DVD player.

The Acer ClearFi application shouldn't block you from watching the DVD because it wasn't configured for such operation. However, it's possible that the DVD can't be played because of the region block. When this happens, you have to decrypt the DVD. For this purpose, simply use DVDFab Ripper. Rip the DVD to ISO then burn it again in PAL mode, because Europe uses PAL mode and attempt a new playback. It can be a complicated process, but it should work accordingly.
