You can use DVD-R/DVD+R discs to burn your data but it all depends on the size of the data you want to burn. In this case I recommend you use Verbatim discs as these are top quality and long lasting ones. Although these may be a little expensive than the regular ones, I guarantee that your data will be safe for a long time.
