I get an error while running the program.

The error that I receive is : An attempt was make to access : C:\Program Files\Dicom\. What can I do to fix this?

It seems that you don't have the appropriate rights to use the program. To fix this issue, try to run the program using Administrator rights. To do this, right click on the desctop shortcut and select Run as administrator. The error shouldn't appear anymore.
