Typically, you should run the application using right click on file and then Run as Administrator or at least, reinstall it and use the right click method. This will place the files, install the drivers (if any) and launch with elevated access. From what I see on other boards, this is a system service which means it is already running with elevated access. There isn't much to configure about it.
