Can I use DBP 1.1 to have DualBoot Windows 7 with a new installed Windows 8.1?

Yes, this software works with Windows 8, usually when there is an update within the same OS such as Windows 8.1 all the programs that used to work on Windows 8 will also run on Windows 8.1.
