In order to remove the text from your picture, and to not alter the image quality you can use applications like Adobe Photoshop CC or Inpaint. I suggest you use Inpaint, because it is one of the most appreciated and easy to use application to remove people, objects, watermarks, date/time stamps or scratches from images.
