To unlock the phone, turn off the phone and press Volume Up + Power button until the Recovery menu appears. Select Wipe Data/Factory Reset and the phone will be restored to its factory defaults. Notice that you may lose all the 3rd party applications installed or any other settings applied through custom apps.
