Madeena cards are not opening

Madeena cards can't be opened sometimes when I put ID and password. How can I fix it?

In order to fix the problem, I recommend that you remove the Madeena software from your PC (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and run a registry cleaner to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys in your system. After that, install it again and configure your security program and Windows Firewall to allow the communication.
