In order to sync Outlook with your web mail account, you need to open the program first. Go to Tools on the menu bar -> Mailbox cleanup. You will need to do this in order to clean Outlook before performing a sync operation for better organizing. After that, go to Tools -> Account Settings -> E-mail tab and press New. A new window should appear. You just need to follow the steps provided. It is advised to choose the "Configure Automatically" option.
