How to set up a Foundation?

I have been trying to set up a Foundation (Panama Jurisdiction) in Quorum, but I am not able to proceed with the setting up of the Foundation as it does not goes any further. I managed to write the main details, such as Reg. No., Jurisdiction. Can you help me as to how to completely set up the Foundation in Quorum?

If you are a customer of the application, they will provide all the necessary details. From what I've seen on their website, the software already has different templates that have been created to speed the process of creating forms. Use those templates along with the help menu to create a Foundation.
