How can I file a company with the same person as director, secretary and shareholder?

Unfortunately, from what it seems, the software doesn't allow you to use the same person as director, secretary and shareholder. You will need to use different persons for each category. I suggest you contact the developers for further information. You can get in touch with them using the Contact Us page.
