Can I use DVTool on my iPad?

I am wondering if I can use DVTool with the new iPad?

Unfortunately, there is a version of the DVTool application that you can use on a Mac computer, but until this point, the developer hasn't released a version that can run on iOS. Because of this, there is no way to use the program on your new iPad.
