When I run DVTool 2.0 on my Dell XPS mini computer (Windows 8.1), the GUI is way too small. I have tried changing the screen resolution but that does not help. Any help would be appreciated.
I have tried to run the software on Windows 8.1 as well, but it simply doesn't want to start. I recommend applying a compatibility tweak. Right click it and choose Properties > Compatibility. Choose another version of Windows and then launch the software.
Secondly, download the installer using the following link: http://www.dvdongle.com/downloads/DVToolInstaller.exe and the drivers using the following link: http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/CDM/CDM%20v2.12.10%20WHQL%20Certified.exe
If a compatible device is detected, the software will start normally.
