Alert sounds isn't working in the program.

Alert sounds are not working on Concentric Business Messenger. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

If the alert sound isn't working on your system, try uninstalling the program and then installing it again. This might solve your problem. In addition, try updating your program's version to the latest one available.
