In order to fix the problem, press Windows + Pause/Break key combination and open Device Manager. Expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers list, right-click on the driver and press Uninstall. Reboot the PC, connect the device using the USB port, press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager and wait for Windows to retrieve the drivers. If it doesn't work, you will need to visit a local Tata service center or to contact directly the support team.
