Unfortunately, TTSL Olive VME101 Dialer has been discontinued and its servers are down. You can't use the application anymore. As an alternative, I recommend you try Skype, FreeCall, PhonerLite or any other VOIP dialer from Software Informer database. Many of them are free to download and easy to install and use.
