I have a HP Pavilion DV4-2045 Entertainment Notebook PC. When I turn the computer on, the power light is lit but the screen remains black. What can I do?
In this case there isn't much that you can do. I strongly suggest that you take your computer to an authorized service. This problem can be caused by several things and it's not advised to troubleshoot it by yourself.
